TikiLIVE version 6 will bring a major upgrade on the session metrics reports.

Session metrics reports allow users to check the upstream and downstream quality for specific channel broadcasting sessions including the bandwidth consumption.

If other websites have integrated different 3rd party tools in order to check the bandwidth consumption for their content playback, TikiLIVE has configured its own reporting system which has a nice, user-friendly interface.

At this moment, users are able to see the QOS reports only for live streaming sessions performed using HD Wave and Web Based Flash Broadcaster, but after the upgrade to v6, the reports will display the metrics for all types of channel playback.

Users will see the metrics for: HD Wave streaming sessions, HLS playlists, Web Based Flash Broadcaster, all 3rd party broadcast applications and also external streams (RTMP & RTSP).

The reports will be generated instantly, showing important information on bandwidth usage.

Users can select specific time periods using the time filters and they will see a clear graphic with all technical details, based on bandwidth capacity and viewers traffic during a selected period of time.
