NewHomePrograms.com, a unique combination of real estate programs for first time buyers and Christian ministry, recently celebrated the first anniversary of moving into their beautiful offices in Northwest Houston after completing a wildly successful year. New Home Programs successfully sold and closed 97 homes totaling more than $12 Million in sales during their first year of operations with only 6 full time sales agents. Cory and Milly Kammerdiener, creators and owners of this faith-based company, are excited about the success they achieved in their short time in business, specifically in a time when real estate sales are low and few Realtors® focus on the first time buyer’s market.
