In less than 2 years we have expanded our operations to Houston, Tampa and Orlando with new offices opening in Sugarland, TX , Miami, FL and Philadelphia, PA by the end of 2012, all without the help of Bank Loans. Now an opportunity for a FREE grant for our firm is being offered to help us expand our operations even further. We only need 250 VOTES by June 30th, 2012 to be eligible to compete for the $250,000 Small Business Grant!

What would a $250k grant mean to your business plan and how will you utilize the funds to ensure long-term growth and stability?



This was our answer:

$250,000 would allow our firm to open 12 more offices throughout Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania & North Carolina which would employ over 120 Real Estate agents. This would allow us to help over 840 additional first time home buyers receive the American Dream within 24 months. This would result in $105 Million dollars in sales which would bring $2.1 Million dollars in tax revenue for our communities. Because we sale 80% new construction homes, the bulk of the home sales will provide local home builders and contractors the opportunity to prosper with us all. Our goal is to be operating in all 50 states by 2014.
