All TikiLIVE users have the option to request a refund for their subscription if they are not satisfied with the service, provided the request is made within the time limit set by the website administrator.
In order to request a refund, you will need to cancel your current subscription first:
Once your subscription is cancelled, the “Request Refund” link will be displayed under the Action section:
1. Click on the “Request Refund” link in order to ask for a payment refund.
For every refund you will need to provide a reason for the refund request:
Type the reason for the refund request and then click the Request Refund button.
Your request will be sent to the website administrator and once it is approved, you will receive the money back into your account within 2-3 business days:
