Display Issues in Internet Explorer

Note: Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser by TikiLIVE, and we will not be able to provide any troubleshooting for issues involving the Internet Explorer browser.  We suggest using Microsoft Edge.

If you are using Internet Explorer browser and your website is not displayed correctly or you are having trouble accessing some of the features of the website, Compatibility View may be the cause.

Compatibility View is a tool that provides a better quality for some websites which were designed for older browsers.

TikiLIVE website does not have any display problems, so this feature must be OFF.

In order to deactivate Compatibility View, you will have to click the Settings icon in the right header and then click on Compatibility View settings link:



A pop-up window will open and you need to remove the website from Compatibility View:


Click on the website name and then click the Remove button.
