If you are having issues with your channels, it is suggested to run a speed test through the app to our servers.

When the page loads, you will be able to run a test for your Internet connection:
1. Click the button here to start your speed test.
After the test runs, you can see your results on the page:
1. Click the button here to run a speed test again.
2. Click the button here to send a copy of your speed test results to your account email.
If you have a low speed, you may want to contact your ISP to have them investigate.
Note: If you are still having issues with your channels, and received a high speed test grade, we suggest making sure your device is connected via Ethernet to reduce buffering and interruptions. If this is still a problem, please contact our support team to assist.
