Can I Have Multiple Subscriptions?

Question: Can I have multiple subscriptions on TikiLIVE?

Answer: TikiLIVE offers the following subscriptions types:

  • Package subscription
  • Channel groups subscriptions
  • Premium channel subscription

You can have multiple subscriptions to as many premium channels as you want, and you can also have one package subscription and one group channel subscription at the same time.

If one of the subscriptions expired, you can subscribe to the same content anytime. In the case that you canceled the subscription, in order to subscribe again to the same content, you will have to wait until the remaining subscription period expires.

Example: I have a subscription started on the 17th of January 2013 until the 17th of February 2013. I cancel the subscription on the 2nd of February 2013, and I will have access to subscribed content (premium channel/group channels) or package features for the remaining time of current month subscription, until the 17th of February, 2013.

Note: In TikiLIVE you can purchase only one channel group. When you add a second channel group to your order, it will overwrite the previous one and if you upgrade to another channel group you will only pay the difference between the two channel groups calculated for the remaining number of days from the current subscription month. This rule also applies to package subscriptions.

When the user already has a valid paid subscription (broadcaster package), and he or she chooses to subscribe to another content (premium channel, group channels). The user will only pay the difference of the new subscribed content calculated for remaining number of days from the current subscription month.

Example:

I have a subscription started on the 17th of January 2013, and the next payment date is the 17th of February 2013. I select to subscribe to new content on the 2nd February 2013, and I will have to pay for the remaining time of current month subscription, for 15 days until the 17th of February 2013, for the new subscribed content (premium channel/group channels).
