Question: I have opened HD Wave and it does not recognize my video or audio source. I get a message that tells me to check the video device “Please check your Video Device. Maybe is already in use or not working”.
Answer: This message appears when HD Wave cannot access the video or audio source. Please check if the video source is not used by another application and close any other software programs that may be using the video or audio source and start HD Wave again.
Also, you may need to restart the PC in order to make sure that the applications that were using the camera will be closed.
